I had to make an emergency stop to pick up flea/tick treatment for my cats. I was on my way home with my 2 large young dogs. I didn't feel it appropriate to leave them in my car so they came in with me. The flea/tick medicine is kept in cases in the front of the store. You select the one you want and bring a product card to the register along with 2 other items I was purchasing. I paid for my items and the male employee that rung me up asked me to take my bag and stand in the front of the store. He was going to ring up the person behind me, then get the flea medication out of the case, which was located a few feet from us. I said to keep my bag so he could put my item in it. I wrestled my dogs over to the corner and waited and waited. He proceeded to help a minimum of 4 additional customers while I stood there. At some point he threw my bag on the floor. Another employee noticed me standing there and asked if I was waiting for something out of the case. I said yes, pointed to the product card and said I already paid and he appears to be putting every person in the store ahead of me. She apologized profusely and said she could help me. I said it wasn’t her fault but that his behavior was extremely rude and asked if she could please get my bag off of the floor. To which she apologized again. Mind you he is right there and has not even glanced over his should or muttered a word. As it turns out they didn’t even have the product that I paid for but had the larger size/$$. I was already furious and became angrier the longer I remained in the store and he continued to ignore unapologetically to the situation he created for not only me but his co-worker. Now I had to go through a return because of the bad service he provided from the beginning. I don’t think I’m any more important than anyone else that was in that line. However, I do believe that when it was my turn to be helped it should have been finished before moving on. Maybe he was having a bad day or he didn’t like that I brought my dogs in but I know I didn’t deserve that. Shame on you.

I love the groomer staff, they are so good to our dog and super friendly to me and my family.

I go here for dog food. They always have 5 dollar off coupons and staff are helpful. Good sales

Although I am pro rescue...the place has great selection of food treats etc.

I came in once every 2 weeks. Over 100 bucks every time. Plus the dog grooming. Will not be coming back. Left message to schedule a groom 3 times. And no one has called me back. I've been coming here. And always crappy customer service with the grooming. So i will not be returning.
